La première édition du SIAP, les 28 et 29 mars 2026, a démontré un intérêt fort en réunissant une diaspora engagée, des acteurs majeurs et des partenaires institutionnels autour d’un objectif commun : structurer l’investissement immobilier en Afrique.

Avec plus de 4000 visiteurs qualifiés, 26 exposants, 6 sponsors, 10 masterclass et plus de 500 000 impressions, le SIAP a confirmé l’existence d’un marché dynamique et en forte attente. Les professionnels présents ont généré des contacts qualifiés et des opportunités d’investissement concrètes dès l’événement.

Au-delà du business, le SIAP s’est imposé comme un espace de référence, grâce à ses panels d’experts et à une rencontre institutionnelle réunissant ambassadeurs, ministres et acteurs clés, renforçant la confiance et la crédibilité du marché.
