Making the diaspora a sustainable engine for African real estate.

Message from the President of Club Efficience

This show is not just another event. It is the result of a shared ambition, born from the recurring frustrations of thousands of women and men in the diaspora who wish to get concretely involved in the development of their country of origin. Too often isolated, poorly informed, or inadequately supported, they abandon their projects or fall into avoidable traps. The African Real Estate Show in Paris 2026, or SIAP, is designed to address these challenges with clarity, professionalism, and ambition.

We aim to:
Demystify investment pathways
Create solid connections between diasporas and public/private stakeholders
Showcase local and diaspora expertise
Provide a platform for transformative projects

We look forward to seeing you on March 28-29, 2026, in Paris, to experience together this first edition of what promises to be a landmark event.

Dr. Elie Nkamgueu, President of Club Efficience

We place quality information, reliability of stakeholders, and project implementation at the heart of our action, in order to transform investment intentions into real success.
